When the Ceiling Becomes the Floor

Today is an important milestone: we are casting the reinforced concrete crown beam that will support the floor slabs. These slabs will become both the ceiling of the gompa and the floor of the second story.

Some truly heavy machinery arrived on site today. Thanks to it, we were able not only to install the floor slabs, but also to put the staircase in place. Another major step forward—we are moving up to the second level!

As we watch the building continue to rise, it is hard not to feel a deep sense of gratitude and wonder. What first appeared in the mind as a vision and aspiration is now materializing before our eyes in an extraordinary way. Every brick and every structural element reminds us of the power of collective effort, trust, and positive intention.
